Although we are based in Bromsgrove, we quickly started having many people in Redditch come and train with us as we are only 15 minutes away!
Our friendly and qualified instructors

Am I fit enough?
Everyone has different fitness levels when starting something new and all we ask is that you train as hard as you honestly can but at your own pace. Your fitness levels will increase the more you train. We are confident that within a few weeks you will see a difference and be able to do more and train harder.
What are the people like? Who will I train with?
The students we have are all like-minded people with similar goals to yourself. It is very important to us that every student feels welcome in classes and we ask all our students to be friendly and welcoming to new students – we all started as a beginner once.
Who will be teaching me? What will my first class be like?
Your main instructors are Alex and Elaina so they will be teaching you and helping you achieve your goals. In your first class you will meet them and they will run you through some of the etiquette within the class, introduce you to some of the other students and start you off in the class. Our main aim is to make you feel comfortable and make sure you have fun while learning something new.

We are located in the heart of Bromsgrove on Windsor Street. Although we are based in Bromsgrove, we have many students from the surrounding areas such as Worcester, Droitwich, Halesowen, Stourbridge, Redditch, Rubery and Kidderminster so please feel free to come along and try it for yourself.
